Placing an order

Supply accurate details and authorized payment. Checkout shows methods, prices, discounts, shipping, applicable taxes, and totals; authorization/security checks apply. Orders may be reviewed, declined, or canceled for legitimate fraud, payment, pricing, stock, technical, legal, or operational reasons.

Listings and offers

We seek accurate descriptions; screens, lighting, manufacturing, or reasonable factors may affect appearance. Promotions carry stated eligibility, expiry, product restrictions, and conditions. Genuine pricing, listing, inventory, or technical errors may be corrected; material submitted-order effects receive an explanation and available resolution.

Fulfillment and aftercare

Preparation: 2–4 business days after payment, up to 5 during holiday/promotion/high-volume periods. Standard supported-U.S. transit: approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. Inventory, location, and destination determine facility/partner fulfillment.

Eligible returns: 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery under our Return Policy. Approved refunds: original payment method, generally 5–10 business days after receipt/inspection. Request cancellation promptly; reasonable efforts apply before fulfillment, without guarantees afterward. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations carry no fee.

Report damage, defects, wrong/missing items, or material misdescription with order details and relevant photos/video for review and reasonable replacement/refund/return.
