When will my order arrive?

Preparation normally takes 2–4 business days after payment, up to 5 during holidays, promotions, or heavy demand. Standard supported-U.S. transit is approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch.

How does shipping work?

Checkout shows methods/costs before payment. Stock, product location, and destination determine our facility or partner origin, potentially different from registration. Available tracking follows dispatch by email/order tracking. For prolonged inactivity, loss, or an unlocated delivered parcel after reasonable checks, email your order number.

How do returns and refunds work?

Eligible returns: 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Email order number, item, reason, and relevant photos/video. Await instructions; do not use registration unless directed. Preference-return postage is generally yours. Product/fulfillment damage, defects, wrong/missing goods, or material misdescription receive reviewed replacement/refund/return solutions without extra error-related costs. Approved refunds normally take 5–10 business days after receipt/inspection, to the original method.
