Before and after dispatch

After payment confirmation, preparation normally takes 2–4 business days, or up to 5 during holidays, promotions, or peak volumes. Transit is separate: standard delivery to supported U.S. destinations typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. These estimates are not guaranteed; destination, carriers, customs, weather, seasonal demand, and other transport circumstances can affect them.

Checkout, origin, and tracking

Checkout shows available methods and charges before payment. Inventory, product location, and destination determine fulfillment from our facilities or partners; dispatch origins may differ from our registered address. Split shipments may have separate tracking. Available tracking normally arrives by email or the order-tracking method after dispatch; allow time for carrier updates.

Address or delivery problems

Provide an accurate, complete address and report errors promptly; changes after fulfillment/shipment are not guaranteed. For prolonged tracking inactivity, delays, or loss, email service@qevzun.com with your order number and available tracking. We review information and, where appropriate, coordinate with the carrier/partner on reasonable next steps. For a missing “Delivered” parcel, check mailboxes, delivery areas, reception, household members, neighbors, and carrier notices before contacting us.
