Return Policy

Eligibility and authorization

Eligible returns fall within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Standard returns generally require unused, original-condition goods, original parts/accessories, packaging where reasonably possible, and purchase/order evidence.

Email service@qevzun.com before returning, identifying your order, item, reason, and relevant photos/video. After review and approval, we supply instructions and a warehouse address; do not default to the registration address.

Costs and product issues

Customers generally pay return postage for preference/change-of-mind returns. Report damage, defects, incorrect/incomplete goods, or material misdescription promptly, with order details and relevant evidence. Following review, product/fulfillment errors receive an appropriate replacement, refund, or return arrangement without additional error-related costs to the customer.

Inspection and refunds

Returns may be inspected for eligibility. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Banks/payment providers may take longer to display funds.

Cancellation

Contact us promptly before fulfillment. We make reasonable efforts, but cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment or shipping begins. Successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee.
